What the form collects

Information about you and the request.

The form collects the requested category, desired outcome, optional context, your name, business or client name, email and/or phone number, and preferred contact method.

How it is used

Review, response, and project follow-through.

Day Software Studio uses this information to review your inquiry, respond to you, manage a potential client or project relationship, and prevent abuse or security problems. Inquiry information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing by default.

Service providers

Bounded infrastructure support.

Cloudflare processes bounded information to operate the site, protect the form, and store inquiries. Google Workspace and Google Apps Script process a concise inquiry notification so Kevin knows a new inquiry is waiting. These providers operate the supporting infrastructure; Day Software Studio remains responsible for how the inquiry is handled.

Retention

Kept only for an operating purpose.

New inquiries may be kept for up to 12 months from submission. An inquiry that is reviewed or closed—including no-response or not-a-fit cases—may be kept for up to 12 months after that processing or closure. If an inquiry becomes a client project, the relevant business and project record may be retained as part of the ongoing relationship and project records.

Abuse and security hashes are kept no longer than 30 days unless they are needed to investigate an active abuse or security event.

Tracking

No analytics or advertising trackers are installed.

The site currently uses no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or marketing automation. If the site changes in a way that affects this notice, the notice should be updated before that change is opened to visitors.
